Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Oversee and facilitate client onboarding and communications processes
  • Manage and follow up on all internal and client tasks, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Manage a client tasks log
  • Assist in the development of client roadmaps
  • Comprise weekly client update for key stakeholders
  • Find new ways to improve processes with client operations
  • Create briefs for landing pages and ads, as necessary

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years direct experience in account management and client services
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Able to communicate effectively and develop relationships with both clients and internal team members
  • Organizational skills and good attention to detail
